Buckling Uproar

It is rather busy this week. Our guests are still staying with us and I have a lot of meetings for several pursuits. One of them is a meeting tonight for the Dutch lessons of our children. Once a week two teachers are coming to their school and about ten children will have three hours of Dutch lessons. In Sweden it is arranged by the government that all children with another mother tongue or two mother tongues should have the possibility to develop also that specific language. The community can take care for that or you can arrange it yourself with the support of the community. We arranged it ourselves with some other parents and it really works.

Many people seem to do scrapbooking (More here) nowadays. Including myself, I must admit. It started when friends showed me what they had made and I liked it, but I thought I would not have time and inspiration for this. But then a friend passed by and guided me through, which showed me that it was easier than I thought and with less effort than expected I already got some nice results. Now I spend quite a lot of time on it, but I don’t mind, because the results are great and because I do it together with some friends, it’s also good for my social life! It’s unexpected, but it got me closer to my friends!
